Terms of Service

Gumana lets you create Instagram carousels, images, other social formats and PDF guides by asking an AI assistant, and stores the results in your dashboard. Features may change as we improve the service.

• You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• Tell us right away at support@gumana.in if you suspect unauthorized use.

Gumana uses your own OpenAI API key. Image generation is billed by OpenAI directly to your OpenAI account under OpenAI’s terms and prices. Costs shown in Gumana are estimates and may differ from your OpenAI bill. You can set a monthly budget in Gumana and a spending limit in your OpenAI account, and you are responsible for charges on your key. Gumana currently charges no fee of its own; if that changes, we will tell you in advance.

You agree not to use Gumana to:

• Break the law or infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights.
• Create sexual content involving minors, content that harasses, threatens or promotes violence, or deceptive content such as fake endorsements or impersonation of real people.
• Upload logos, photos or other material you do not have the right to use.
• Violate OpenAI’s usage policies or the rules of the platforms where you post.
• Attack, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits or security of the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of what you put in and, to the extent the law allows, what Gumana generates for you. You give us a limited permission to store, process and display your content only to run the service for you, including sending prompts to OpenAI with your key. We do not use your content to train AI models.

AI-generated output can contain mistakes, including misspelled text, and may resemble existing works. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for how you use your content and for making sure it is accurate and lawful.

Permanent share links make a file viewable by anyone who has the link. Only create them for files you are happy to make public, and contact us to disable one.

Gumana relies on services such as Clerk, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Neon, Vercel, Manufact and the AI assistant you use (for example Claude). Their terms also apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions. See our Privacy Policy for how data flows to them.

Gumana is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Gumana will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, or for charges on your OpenAI account. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Gumana in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

You can stop using Gumana and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as content ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability) continue after termination.

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will update the date above and notify signed-in users before they take effect. Continuing to use Gumana after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: support@gumana.in.
